DBMK consists of Kyle Knudsen on vocals, and Colton Ward on drums.
Both Kyle and Colton are perfecting their craft and connecting each of their songs to human experience.
Change. Love. Loss. Joy. Misery. Triumph. Disappointment. Compassion. Curiosity.
DBMK are quickly emerging and making a name for themselves in the music industry.
With a dedicated fanbase, the duo has had success selling out shows in their home state of Florida, and have managed their own DIY tours all across the country.
Despite touring limitations in 2020-2021, DBMK released an EP, “Jump in the Dark” which reached new audiences, increased their streaming numbers, and resonated with their supportive fans.
“Chains” is the single to deliver a message of hope for the younger generation.
The single premiered on Variance Magazine as they called it, “a welcome listen at the start of a year with plenty of possibility.”
Think about it, over the past two years (especially during quarantine) there have been things that have shocked the world.
A pandemic. Injustice. Inequality.
Trying to figure out what to do with our lives. The list could go on and on.

We’re a generation facing what feels like another apocalypse at the start of every day and live on the cliche ‘we’re here not for a long time, but a good time.’ But while this may be true, we don’t have to spend that time alone and we can even dress up and make it a party along the way.”
